Examining the Role and Operation of New NDDP Job Brokers

As part of the ongoing evaluation of the New Deal for Disabled People programme, CRSP was commissioned to undertake further research examining Job Broker effectiveness. The research focused on 12 Job Brokers in six different geographical areas to attempt to understand why some Job Brokers appear to be more effective than others, and to identify areas of good practice. This case study approach includes qualitative interviews with Jobcentre Plus staff and Job Broker staff in each of the six areas.

Sponsor: Department of Work and Pensions
